Step by step instructions for connecting to Zoom with your phone

Using Zoom Via Phone.

In order to use zoom on your phone, you will need to download the app. 
You can find the zoom app in your app store on your phone. We have iPhone, so Samsung and other phone apps may look a wee bit different. However, it is still a similar look.

Step One: Open your app store function on your phone. 
Mine is on my home screen and I have circled in red.

Step Two - Search for zoom in the search bar in your app.Once again circled in red.

Step Three:  Click on the Zoom Cloud Meetings. This is the first option. 
Once again circled in red and it should automatically start downloading to your phone.

Step Four: Once it has downloaded. The simplest way to get into the meeting is to simply go 
to your email and click on the link. This is similar to the computer non downloadable instructions. 
Once again I have circled this in Red.

Step Five: You will then be asked to enter your name, and then push continue.

Step Six: You will then get a notification from zoom asking you to access your camera.
 Please click Okay. You should get a video preview - click join with video. 
This is followed by another notification asking zoom to like to access the Microphone,
 please push okay as well. Please see the images below, these are in order.

Step Seven:The final notification you will get will be to hear others. 
Please select the option that I have circled in red.

Step Eight: You now should be a part of the meeting and you should be able to see others. 
This one doesn’t have anyone, because this is just an example.
